Metal Gear: Under Construction - Anthony McMenemy

It’s been a month since I wrote ‘My Opinion on Videogame adaptations’, so I thought it best to follow up and casually update you all on what’s happening with our Metal Gear development.

Pieces for the Solid Snake outfit are slowing falling through our front door and it’s very exciting. We are expecting ammo pouches, flash bang pouches and some under armour in the next couple of weeks. Of course, we will be taking more images of the costume as these pieces arrive to keep you all up-to-date on how everything is looking, and as always we would appreciate any feedback from the MGS fans.

Also, Mike has been working on the bandanna, as the ultimate fan of the MGS series (there are probably some contrasting opinions around I’m sure), I thought it best that he take charge of creating a bandanna that balances both function and style, one that would keep the blood, sweat and tears out of the eyes of Snake, but also keep him looking like a badass at all times.

As for the Indiegogo campaign, it’s going OK… We are working so hard on making sure that all the writing and designing is perfect, that it’s hard to tear ourselves away and do some much needed PR work. We were wondering if any of our faithful followers would like to help spread the word and help us out? We would thoroughly appreciate it!

Short note: We have finally got up the under construction page for the film @ www.metalgear-movie.com, so please check it out, give us any feedback and spread the word.

Last but definitely not least, we have has a few very generous donations since my last blog entry, so a MASSIVE thank you to;

Hannah Bateman
Gustavo Savarego
Ryan Miller
Michael Burton Sr.
Alexander Yparraguire

Thanks to you guys, we are edging closer to our goal, we appreciate it.

Well that’s it for now, I’m sure as the progress of the project speeds up, the more content we will be able to share with you and the more (awesome) blogs you will get to read.

Speak Soon.
